THE GUEST SUITES:
Shown above are the Petite Syrah ( top) and Syrah suite bedrooms. Both
suites have private full baths.
The Syrah bedroom is 19'
x 17', and totals nearly 400 Sq. Ft including bath and walk in closet! It has a lounge area with love seat, coffee table,wall
table and vanity mirror, and a queen size, oiled bronze european style bed.
The Petite
Syrah Suite bedroom is 16' x 12', and totals over 300 Sq.Ft including private bath. It has a lovely brass and pewter
queen bed.
Shown below, located across the courtyard on the west wing of the Villa we have two large, luxury
suites, Portofino and Sorrento. These units have private entrances through custom leaded glass doors, private sun decks accessable
by a pretty French door, LARGE eastern King Beds, Whirlpool tubs, rich Tuscan colors and appointments and european furnishings.
Breath taking views to the south and west are yours from your own intimate private exterior deck. With their separate and
private entrances, these units are also used as vacation rentals, so inquire about our longer term rates!!

The last two
pictures are of our romantic Bordeaux Suite, currently our largest accomodation. Located away from the other suites at the
south end of the Villa, an intimate foyer welcomes you into a large, elegantly furnished queen four poster bedroom,
two large windows looking east, and a large picture window looking south to the distant horizon. Tall French doors lead
out onto the logia. This suite includes a large completely custom tiled in tumbled limestone, his/hers bathroom
with separate waterfall shower and a large, deep soaking tub. The soaking tub has a picture window looking east, out over
vineyards, to the mountains on the horizon. A writing desk, and available DVD player are included in the furnishings.
