Our Policies for Cancellation are as follows:

One Night Stay ( when allowed)       14 days

Two night stays  for s single suite:   14 days

Two night stays ( multiple suites)     30 days

Whole Villa Rental:  60 days ( non special event )

• Our Villa is designed and operated for an adult clientele seeking a romantic and tranquil atmosphere, and so is unsuitable for children under 16 years of age.
• We love animals, and we are pet friendly-see our Pet Policy for details. We also have a kennel less than 2 miles away, and can assist you in making reservations for your pet.
• For the health and courtesy of all our guests, we do not allow smoking anywhere inside, and have a designated outdoor area for smokers.

CANCELLATIONS

•  
  • we will refund your deposit, less a 5% administrative fee, which is our cost for transactions
  • we can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking
  • We will hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay unless a new guest takes your room.
  • please allow up to 30 days for credits to be reflected against credit card charged
  • we reserve the right to charge an advance cleaning deposit of $150 for large pets ( over 50 pounds)
Due to our small size,cancellations affects us greatly. Please understand, we maintain a firm cancellation policy for non-arrival or early departure, no matter the reason.
